QUALIFICATIONS:
Dynamic leadership qualities
Outstanding communication skills with student-athletes, coaches, parents and teachers
Knowledge of the game and dedication to the program development
Coaching experience in softball preferred
Per proper placement on the Supplemental Salary Schedule per the negotiated agreement
